Just upgraded to the latest version (Jan 2009), navigated to My Account as the admin and noticed a db error. A bit of surfing on Drupal.org suggested that manually changing the name of the table “address” to “address_user” would rectify the problem. It did, though I encountered a slough of errors when subsequently changing my locale – but it was a one time thing: basically told me that the columns in address_user were already created. Then it never did it again.
